There are some very simple diets available for everyone to use and they are not complex or expensive and most of them do not require that you exercise, however, it is always recommended. This series looks at three of these. This one is called the Apple Diet!
The principle behind the Apple diet is that any foods that have diet plans water and/or fiber content in them are good for weight loss. Apples have both! So, here goes: There are just two rules for the apple diet and it has been insisted upon that you following them to the letter!
They, and their explanations, are:
Rule #1: before you eat any meal, eat one apple! You can still have the same number of meals that you normally have during the day. It is always suggested that you do have a breakfast and that you observe, as closely as possible, all of the rules of nutrition you can, however, before you eat any meal eat that apple. Don’t eat more than that, just the one!
Rule #2: Stick to Rule #1!
